Coconut Peanut Butter Vanilla Protein Bites

Happy Hummmmp day! 

I’m a huge fan of on-the-go snacks. I always look for something to grab on my way to the gym, or when I get home from work. And, well. I found the perfect snack. Protein balls! Not only are they super healthy, they absolutely delicious! I grab one on my way to the gym, and I freeze some and eat them as desserts! They’re fantastic, and satisfy even the most severe sweet tooths (not that I would know 😉 )

• 1 cup oats

• 1/2 cup peanut butter 

• 3 tbsp honey

• 1/4 cup applesauce

• 2 tbsp dark chocolate chips

• 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

• 1/3 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
