Strawberry Overnight Oats

Monday mornings are so difficult for me. I don’t know about you, but I always want to throw my phone across the room once my alarm goes off. I press snooze nearly 5 times before I actually get my butt out of bed. Well, this morning was no different. BUT, once I’m out of bed, Im ready to go!

Workout:Β

Bright n early, I headed to my personal training session. Every Monday morning I meet with a personal trainer, and I absolutely looove it. (Although during it I usually want to collapse and die, afterwards I feel uh-maze-inggg.) I love working out in the mornings because it jump-starts my day and it’s nice to get it out of the way. Plus those endorphins aren’t bad either πŸ˜‰

Breakfast:

Last night I prepped a batch of my favorite breakfast — overnight oats! I love this recipe because I prep it the night before and just grab it out of the fridge in the morning. Perfect if you have a busy schedule — plus, soooo delicious! Saving time in the morning makes all the difference.

    Thanks for the follow πŸ™‚
I love overnight oats too, I love making them with pumpkin or chocolate protein power and mixing in peanut butter or other nut butters!

I’ve heard lots of people suggest overnight oats but had no idea how to make them. Thanks for sharing.

My typic breakfast is an egg or two with egg whites, some part skim mozzarella and some veggies or left over from the night before. Usually quick and easy.

Those will work perfectly! This recipe is actually great for non-oatmeal lovers, too, because it really doesn’t even taste like you’re eating oatmeal! Hope you enjoy! πŸ™‚
